Notes on breathwork

Matching another persons breathing is a powerful way to gain a deep rapport with that person.There are more ways to do that than just breathing together.Here are a few suggestions to try... Gently stroke a part of your lovers body in time with their breathing. I like the small of the back, it's easily acessible while lying together. Stroke gently up on inhale, down on exhale. After doing this for a time change the rate of your stroke and see if their breathing follows... if it does you have vry good rapport. Slow down to relax, speed up to...Other interesting areas are the area between the neck and shoulder, the back of the knees or the hands.
